What if I don't know what to do?
If you're not computer savvy then don't worry. If you sign up for web hosting hosting we'll happily upload your website for you. Just get in touch to discuss but all we'll need are the login details provided when you sign up. If we design the website then we'll upload the site once complete, if you have an existing website you'll need to send us the files by email or CD with a cheque for £10 and we'll do the upload for you. Once everything is ready, we'll let you know!
What if I need to update or change something?
We're here to help no matter what the problem. If it's something small like replacing a few older files then ANU Design we'll do that without charge as it's a tiny task. Just email or send us on a CD whatever it is you need placing onto the server and we'll do the rest. We will offer some tutorials on simple tasks like these in the future but at the moment we'll have to cover this ourselves!
Can you set up my emails?
Of course! There is a charge of £20 to set these up for you and we'll include signatures and auto-responders for you in that cost. All we'll need is the information for us to set it up!
